Thank you for your interest in our website. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below, we will inform you in detail about how we handle your data.

1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our websites without giving any information about yourself. Each time you access a website, the web server simply automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval. This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offering. This serves to protect our prevailing legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. All access data will be processed for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above.

hosting

Some of the services for hosting and displaying the website are provided by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise explained in this privacy policy, all access data and all data collected in forms provided for this purpose on this website are processed on their servers. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described in this privacy policy. Our service providers are based and use servers in Israel. The European Commission has decided to establish an adequate level of data protection for Israel. In addition, our service providers use servers in the USA, South Korea and Taiwan as well as in other countries outside the EU and the EEA for which there is no adequacy decision by the European Commission. Our cooperation with you is based on standard data protection clauses issued by the European Commission.

2. Data processing for contact and customer communication

contacting

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us when you contact us (e.g. via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we absolutely need the data to process your contact and you cannot send the contact without providing it. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide to process your inquiries in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. After your customer request has been fully processed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to use further data that is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement.

3. Advertising via email

3.1 Email newsletter with registration, newsletter tracking with separate consent

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the data required for this purpose or provided separately by you to regularly send you our e-mail newsletter based on your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and can be made either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter.

After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address from the list of recipients unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and which we will inform you of in this statement.

If you have also given us your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR to analyse our newsletters, we will also analyse your use of our newsletter by measuring, storing and evaluating opening rates and click rates for the purpose of designing future newsletter campaigns (“newsletter tracking”). For this evaluation, the emails sent include single-pixel technologies (e.g. so-called web beacons, tracking pixels), which are stored on our website. For the evaluations, we link in particular the following “newsletter data” to the page from which the page was requested (so-called referrer URL), the date and time of the request, the description of the type of web browser used, the IP address of the requesting computer, the e-mail address, the date and time of registration and confirmation, and the one-pixel technologies with your e-mail address or IP address and, if applicable, an individual ID. Links contained in the newsletter can also contain this ID. You can unsubscribe from newsletter tracking at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described or via a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter. The information is stored as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter.

3.2 Newsletter delivery

The newsletter may also be sent by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. If you have any questions about our service providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described in this privacy policy.

Our service providers are based and/or use servers in Israel.

4. Cookies and other technologies

general information

In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use technologies, including so-called cookies, on various pages. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit (persistent cookies). Protection of privacy on end devices When using our online offering, we use absolutely necessary technologies to be able to provide the expressly requested telemedia service. The storage of information on your device or access to information that is already stored on your device does not require consent in this respect.

If functions are not absolutely necessary, storing information on your device or accessing information that is already stored on your device requires your consent. We would like to point out that if you do not give your consent, parts of the website may not be fully usable. Any consents you have given remain valid until you adjust or reset the respective settings on your device.

Any downstream data processing through cookies and other technologies We use technologies that are absolutely necessary for the use of certain functions of our website (e.g. website preference settings). These technologies collect and process your IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website (e.g. information about your preferences). As part of a balancing of interests, this serves overriding legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The cookie settings for your browser can be found under the following links: Microsoft Edge™/Safari™/Chrome™/Firefox™/Opera™

If you have consented to the use of technologies in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to the contact option described in the privacy policy.

5. Use of cookies and other technologies for web analysis and advertising purposes

Insofar as you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, we use the following cookies and other technologies from third-party providers on our website. After the purpose ceases to exist and the use of the respective technology by us has ended, the data collected in this context will be deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. You can find more information about your opt-out options in the “Cookies and other technologies” section. For more information, including the basis of our cooperation with the individual providers, see the individual technologies. If you have any questions about the providers and the basis of our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described in this privacy policy.

Use of Google services for web analysis and advertising purposes

We use the following technologies from Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The information automatically collected by Google technologies about your use of our website is usually transferred to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and stored there. There is no adequacy decision from the European Commission for the USA. Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses issued by the European Commission. If your IP address is collected using Google technologies, it will be abbreviated before being stored on Google's servers by activating IP anonymization. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server and abbreviated there. Unless otherwise stated for the individual technologies, data processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement concluded between joint controllers for the respective technology in accordance with Article 26 GDPR. Further information about data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy.

Google Analytics

For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information about your use of our website), from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. As a matter of principle, your IP address is not combined with other data from Google. Data processing is carried out on the basis of an order processing agreement by Google.

For the purpose of optimizing the marketing of our website, we have activated the data sharing settings for “Google products and services.” This allows Google to access the data collected and processed by Google Analytics and then use it to improve Google services. Data is released to Google as part of these data sharing settings on the basis of an additional agreement between responsible parties. We have no influence on subsequent data processing by Google.

We also use the Google Analytics Google Optimize extension function to create and carry out tests.

For the purpose of optimizing the marketing of our website, we use the so-called user ID function. With the help of this function, we can assign a unique, permanent ID to your interaction data from one or more sessions on our online sites and thus analyze your user behavior across devices and sessions.

For web analysis, the Google Analytics Google Signals extension function enables so-called “cross-device tracking”. If your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account and you have activated the “personalized advertising” setting in your Google account, Google can create reports on your usage behavior (in particular cross-device user numbers), even if you change your device. In this respect, we do not process personal data; we only receive statistics created on the basis of Google Signals.

For web analysis and advertising purposes, the extension function of Google Analytics, the so-called DoubleClick cookie, enables your browser to be recognized when you visit other websites. Google will use this information to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website usage.

Google AdSense

Our website uses Google AdSense to market space for third-party ads. These ads are shown to you in various places on this website. The so-called DoubleClick cookie enables the display of interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website) and the automatic allocation of a pseudonymous UserID, which helps to determine interests based on visits to this and other websites.

Google Ads

For advertising purposes in Google search results and on third-party websites, when you visit our website, the so-called Google Remarketing Cookie is set, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website) and using a pseudonymous CookieID and based on the pages you visit. Any further data processing will only take place if you have activated the “personalized advertising” setting in your Google account. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing.

For website analysis and event tracking, we use Google Ads Conversion Tracking to measure your subsequent usage behavior when you reach our website via a Google Ads ad. For this purpose, cookies may be used and data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter), from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms.

Google Maps

To visually represent geographical information, Google Maps collects data about your use of the Maps functions, in particular the IP address and location data, transmits it to Google and then processes it by Google. We have no influence on this subsequent data processing.

Google reCAPTCHA

To protect against misuse of our web forms and against spam caused by automated software (so-called bots), Google reCAPTCHA collects data (IP address, time of visit, browser information and information about your use of our website) and uses so-called JavaScript and cookies to analyze your use of our website. In addition, other cookies stored in your browser by Google services are evaluated. Personal data is not read or saved from the input fields of the respective form.

6. Contact options and your rights

6.1 Your rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights: in accordance with Article 15 GDPR, the right to request information about your personal data processed by us to the extent specified there; in accordance with Article 16 GDPR, the right to immediately request the correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us; in accordance with Article 17 GDPR, the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless further processing to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information; for Fulfilment of a legal obligation; is necessary for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims; in accordance with Article 18 GDPR, the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you; the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it; we no longer need the data but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR have filed an objection to processing; in accordance with Article 20 GDPR, the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another person responsible; in accordance with Article 77 GDPR, the right to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or place of work or our company headquarters.

Right to object

Insofar as we process personal data as explained above in order to protect our legitimate interests that prevail in the context of a balance of interests, you can object to this processing with effect for the future. If processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes, you can exercise this right at any time as described above. Insofar as the processing is carried out for other purposes, you have the right to object only if there are reasons arising from your particular situation.

After exercising your right to object, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes, unless we can prove compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

This does not apply if processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes. We will then no longer process your personal data for this purpose.

6.2 Contact options
